“life begins at the end of your comfort zone”
life update: last week we shared on stories that ryan and I went apartment hunting for the very first time in california (which btw is an amazing date idea, especially for my couples that have been together for a while lol) its terrifying to think that we are considering moving MILES away from our childhood homes in connecticut, family and friends but it’s also such a thrilling new chapter in life with amazing memories waiting to be made. a lot of mixed emotions but that’s what getting out of your comfort zone is - you will never know what’s on the other side of a door until you open it!
this roadtrip has pushed me so far out of my comfort zone and in more ways than I ever thought it would, but I’m so happy it did because more than anything it’s given me so much confidence in myself and shown me what I’m capable of. things I used to think were so impossible out of fear of the unknown, I know realize aren’t that impossible after all. it’s actually very possible. not easy, but possible. getting out of your comfort zone forces you to try new things, see different places, chase dreams you’ve always wanted to chase, get out of your shell + learn more about yourself. 2020 has been absolute mayhem, but I hope it has taught you something new about yourself and pushed you out of your comfort zone someway, somehow. if you’re looking for a sign, this is it - open that door that you’ve always wanted to open! #thissunsetthough
