So the picture in the middle was taken a few years back, I remember I had my first baby, Ally and I thought that my body would get back to normal, boy was I wrong. I barley finished this 5k race, and I was huffing and puffing.
It took me, having my second baby Ella, to realize I need to change. I could barely keep up with my kids and I did just that, I changed. I got on a program that provides convenient workouts 30-60 min a day, nutrition guide, performance line, and protein shakes! Less than a year later I seen change, the two pictures on the side were taken a month ago! Commitment is key, change your mindset and your body will follow.
