I remember ppl asking me in my childhood, "what do you want to be when you grow up".
In middle school the question remained the same, the words changed as in, "what's your ambition"?
This question really puzzled me cz one day I wanted to be an actress, next day a doctor, 3rd day an astronaut and on the 4th, a dancer..and the Indian parents that I had, my parents kept giving me a glare of disbelief and simultaneously kept mocking my impracticality and indecisiveness.
Then gradually I grew up, I joined a company, left that, studied some more, became a teacher at an awesome school, taught for few years, got married, went out of city, changed that school, realised that's not my calling, moved to another awesome company, presently trying my luck to be an instagrammer/youtuber,, always being my hubby's loving/beloved wife, sometimes the irritating, annoying kid, other times the responsible home maker, the great cook, the mess of a cleaner, artist, dancer, makeup enthusiast, and anything and everything that I want to be!
Now I realised...there is no reason to choose...young adults who face this dilemma on a daily basis and otherswho are still wondering if u can change ur job, start a new career path, u can be whatever u want! You can be a scientist and a painter, a dancer and a teacher, an astronaut and a home maker, there are NO boundaries at all. True that u might have to juggle a bit and every passion of urs might not get equal time/importance but u can do whatever and how many ever things u wanna do. After all u won't have any regrets...whatever u wanna do, JUST DO IT!
Also most of the time ppl saying u can't do something, are judging u by their limitations & capabilities and not thst of urs. So go ahead, turn that world over, do whatever the *eff u wanna do!
Always remember..most of the time we end up regretting what we don't do than what we do!!! #capable
