Remind yourself daily of what you want and how to achieve it, write it out if you need to.
One thing I enjoy doing is keeping a diary of my physical and mental progress. Just writing down 10 things you’re grateful for can really open your eyes to what you have.
I’ve stated getting back into the law of attraction and for the fast 3 days it has helped me so much already! I take 20 minutes out of my morning just to focus on what I am is what I attract.
If you’re finding it hard during lockdown, set yourself one goal for the month of what you want to achieve.
My goal is to complete a box split by the end of the month, amongst other things

Some of today's at home no equipment workout! ️♀️ It's been very hard for me to stay motivated and my exercise is definitely suffering. I'm not able to do things I used to because I'm out of practice. As easy as it is to say that now is not the time to worry about it...exercising is such a great way to relieve stress and anxiety and goes a long way in helping with this crazy situation we are all going through ☀️

4th video: Modified Mountain Climbers....used to be able to do these unmodified but I can't right now. I'll get back to it soon though!
5th video: Modified Jumping Jacks....I actually can do unmodified jumping jacks but it tires me out really quickly and is not good for a video because my stomach and leg fat is very loud just flapping around
