The answer is simple. RESISTANCE, PROGRESS & DEDICATION.
It doesn’t really matter which one of these sports you’re doing, most important is you’re actually doing one of these.
There’s nothing better for your physical and psychical growth than resistance training.
Furthermore, resistance training where you can make progress and the best way to do so, is to train with iron, with weights, with barbells and dumbbells.
Every single one of these sports, if done properly or better said, if done with dedication, are aiming for progress through resistance. If done so, this will generate muscle growth, strength, endurance and health. But, you have to dedicate yourself to this kind of lifestyle. It won’t benefit you if you’re doing it only halfhearted, just to do something. Sure, this is better than nothing, but like that you’re wasting your true potential.
And about one thing I’m absolutely convinced: if you’re incorporating RESISTANCE, PROGRESS & DEDICATION into one of these sports, you’ll become the best version of yourself.
